Olive is a Jamaican‑Canadian Midlife Transformation Specialist and Life Transformation Consultant, trained in Consulting and Counseling Psychology. Although based in Toronto, she works internationally, supporting men and women as they navigate the emotional, practical, and identity‑shifting challenges that emerge in midlife.

Olive is a Jamaican‑Canadian Midlife Transformation Specialist and Life Transformation Consultant, trained in Consulting and Counseling Psychology. Although based in Toronto, she works internationally, supporting men and women as they navigate the emotional, practical, and identity‑shifting challenges that emerge in midlife.


She is the author of five impactful books on relationships, healing, empowerment, and personal growth, and she helps individuals embrace midlife as a season of renewal, wisdom, and deeper purpose. Her mission is to empower people to move forward with resilience, hope, and a renewed sense of possibility.


Olive is also a non‑denominational ordained minister with the National Association of Christian Ministers, a role that reflects her commitment to honoring God and serving others with compassion and integrity.


Outside of her professional work, Olive enjoys reading, listening to music, and baking, simple joys that keep her grounded and inspired.

William is a healthcare professional and military veteran with more than 30 years of experience in civilian and military nursing. After migrating from Jamaica to the United States in 1985, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, later serving in the U.S. Army Reserve until his retirement in 2025. He was mobilized in support of Operation Desert Shie

William is a healthcare professional and military veteran with more than 30 years of experience in civilian and military nursing. After migrating from Jamaica to the United States in 1985, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, later serving in the U.S. Army Reserve until his retirement in 2025. He was mobilized in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.


William began his nursing career in 1994 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where he has served in both bedside nursing and leadership roles. His clinical experience includes interventional cardiology, trauma care, and military field hospital operations.


He is also a former Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), a life member of AMSUS and the Reserve Officers Association (ROA).


William is married and the proud father of  two sons. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys playing volleyball and pickleball, as well as travelling with family and friends.

She brings deep expertise in air and ocean freight, customs processes, and letter‑of‑credit documentation, and is known for her exceptional organization

Carla is a Jamaican‑Canadian professional with over 30 years of experience in the transport and shipping industry, supported by her credential in International Transportation and Customs. She brings deep expertise in air and ocean freight, customs processes, and letter‑of‑credit documentation, and is known for her exceptional organizational skills and clear, effective communication.


Throughout her career, Carla has excelled in roles that require independence, precision, and strong stakeholder engagement. She is highly regarded for her ability to prioritize complex tasks, collaborate across diverse teams, and liaise confidently with clients in specialized sectors, including mining.


Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carla enjoys reading, listening to music, and knitting, pursuits that reflect her calm, thoughtful, and grounded nature.

Michael is a Jamaican‑American professional and a dedicated, clinically proficient CCP‑S with over 20 years of experience in high‑acuity, time‑sensitive emergency medicine. He is an expert in adult and pediatric critical care transport, advanced ventilator management, and hemodynamics. 


Michael combines advanced clinical skills with calm, 


Michael is a Jamaican‑American professional and a dedicated, clinically proficient CCP‑S with over 20 years of experience in high‑acuity, time‑sensitive emergency medicine. He is an expert in adult and pediatric critical care transport, advanced ventilator management, and hemodynamics. 


Michael combines advanced clinical skills with calm, steady leadership under pressure, having managed numerous critically ill patients in complex interfacility transport scenarios. 


He is also a proven mentor, committed to developing the next generation of prehospital professionals.

Outside of his professional life, Roland enjoys reading, playing the guitar and keyboard, taking long drives to appreciate the wonders of nature, traveling to new places, writing poems and short stories, and singing, creative pursuits that reflect his reflective and expressive spirit.
